Snacks & Sleepiness

Chocolate covered almonds (the ones you buy to donate to parapeligic society)
Chips (Lays BBQ or Jalapeno)
Ice cream (with cake)
Gin & Tonic (when the sun is shining out there, so I pretend it's summer again)
Coconut bun (although I am almost at the point of over dosing)
Grapefruit cider...(reminds me of sitting with my mom in the front patio)

Listed above are some of the things I crave around 3pm everyday while I am at work, trying not to look at the clock. At this point I am in awe at how sleepy I am and how irritating and loud the ringing of the phone is. My head definetly weighs heavier than 8 pounds right now.

Afternoon sleepiness is a hazard to the office community. I know when I get instructions to do anything at this point I feel like that crazy caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland saying "Who....are you...........?" I said "Whooooooooo are you?

Our chubby & cute pomeranion dog Rosie is even experiencing the afternoon lull. Contrary to popular belief, "Afternoon sleepiness does not result from consuming a large meal". In Rosie's case it is.

Anyway...off I go for another cup of Maxwell House office style coffee.
